Terms & Conditions of VIA Fahrdienst

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by VIA Fahrdienst GmbH, including medical transport, disabled passenger services, senior rides, group trips, airport transfers, and similar services.

2. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded when a ride is booked via our website, email, phone, or in writing, and we confirm the booking.

3. Scope of Service

We perform agreed services punctually, safely, and according to the individual needs of our passengers. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to force majeure or operational reasons.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are based on our valid pricing or a custom quote. Payments may be made in cash, by bank transfer, or through direct billing with insurance or government agencies (if agreed).

5. Cancellation & Delays

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the ride. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Passenger Obligations

Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup point on time and must inform us in advance if they require assistance devices or escorts.

7. Liability

VIA Fahrdienst GmbH is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. We assume no liability for medical risks during the ride.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Details are outlined in our privacy policy.

9. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

German law applies. Jurisdiction is Berlin.

10. Severability Clause

If any clause in these terms becomes invalid, the rest remain fully enforceable.
